No. Prices are agreed at the beginning and only change if you ask for extra pages or features. If your needs change, you'll know any extra cost before any work is carried out.
You'll get a written quote that sets out exactly what you pay and when, before anything starts.

Hosting and maintenance starts from £29.95 a month for CMS websites and £31.95 a month for ecommerce. It covers hosting, email, security monitoring, weekly backups, updates to your existing text and images, and support when something goes wrong.
Not a long one. Hosting is paid monthly by standing order. If you want to leave, tell us in writing 30 days before and stop the standing order.
It depends on the size of the site and how quickly your words and photos come together. Yes, that's the idea. After training, you can change words, swap photos, add pages and, on a shop, add products and manage orders. Most people find it as easy as using Word or Facebook.
We keep the site hosted, secure and backed up, and we're on the end of the phone or email when you need us. Small changes to existing text and images are covered by the monthly plan. New pages and design changes are quoted first.
The prices are starting points for each package. If you need something bigger, we'll give you a fixed quote before anything starts.
