Can I update the website myself?
Yes, that's the idea. After training, you can change words, swap photos, add pages and, on a shop, add products and manage orders. Most people find it as easy as using Word or Facebook.
Will the price change once we've started?
No. Prices are agreed at the beginning and only change if you ask for extra pages or features. If your needs change, you'll know any extra cost before any work is carried out.
I don't know anything about websites. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Most of our clients don't. We talk plain English, and if something doesn't make sense, just ask. Explaining it is part of the job.
